Can I add a discount code after I’ve already paid my deposit?

No—discounts must be applied at checkout before any payment is made. Once you’ve paid your deposit or full balance, discount codes cannot be added retroactively. Make sure to enter any student discounts (StudentBeans, TOTUM, ISIC) or promo codes before completing your initial payment.

What happens if I miss my final payment deadline?

If we don’t receive your full balance 8 weeks before departure, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. Your deposit is non-refundable as we begin processing reservations and accommodation immediately upon receiving it. Set payment reminders in your calendar or enable notifications through your payment portal.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my interrail package?

Deposits are non-refundable once paid, as we immediately start booking your accommodation and train reservations. For cancellation terms on remaining balance payments, please refer to our terms and conditions. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.

What payment methods do you accept?
